For me the issue is fixed. Today's TWS 10.17.1s update did it, so I'm back on TWS "latest".

Update: Raising the issue with IB. I see error messages in the TWS application log. ONE support is still investigating, but recommends "TWS stable" in any case. Well, who uses "stable" when there is "latest" (which is still short of "beta")...

Thanks for the feedback. The issue persists for me, ONE support has requested logfiles and suggested to reduce the number of instruments subscribed in ONE. No effect so far. Let's see what today brings. Not sure your issue is exactly like mine, as downgrading didn't fix it for you. I'll be back...
