In my opinion, given the recent explosion of shorter tenor dated options, some of the underlying assumptions, which were already questionable before, now require thorough verification. The rapid growth and popularity of these options introduce new variables and risks that challenge traditional models and necessitate a closer examination to ensure accuracy and reliability in our analyses.
