I have only skimmed through the page and marked as worth hanging out there.
Did you install it? I could not find how OpenBB handles options. If they have usable data I gladly include it to my codes and can write separate UI - not for the whole thing but for options related features (I hope they have good API).
Unfortunately can't spend time on OenBB right now.
From what I've seen the project is at early stages. For some people working with terminal/CLI is not the proffered way :)
In general I'm impressed.
 
I did install it but had no time to dig under the surface......I also would like to investigate deeper the options part (Usable data is the key as you said).
I think it could be a good base for doing some interesting research......We'll see.....
In general I don't have time to play with coding ,I force myself to learn only if can help me to improve my P&L .
 
Can you see how options chain for SPX looks like when captured ( i think it's csv). Maybe you can post one of those files here. What about historical data.
Don't worry if you can't - I'm quite busy with other stuff right now but eventually will install OBB on side machine for testing.

I will take a closer look when have time. This is not primary. I may sign in to discord to see what is going on there - I think I've seen they have it somewhere.
Project is interesting and can make your life easier if you know what questions to ask. I bookmark it for now.
