IB Problem with SPX complex orders!

I'm having the same problem with them. When I contacted the help desk, they said do single orders, which meant accept the delta risk. To show how useless they are, the issue is not reported on their current systems status page, thereby giving the impression that all is well with their platform. They couldn't give me a time or day when this will be fixed.

it was fixed by Friday open, it only affected SPX spreads, all other products were ok.how is this going? still have problems with spreads on IB?
