IB TWS version 10.17 freezes after today's update when ONE connects

Hi, I am running IB TWS on LATEST, it auto-updated this morning from version 10.16.something to 10.17.1q. Runs fine up to this point. When I now start up my ONE, version 2.0.68 BETA, I get a few price updates into ONE via the TWS API, then the updates freeze, both in ONE and in the TWS. When I do a mouseclicks in TWS (any click anywhere will do it), the whole TWS application freezes and I have to kill it using the Windows task manager. My workaround is to downgrade TWS to STABLE, this is working so far.

Anyone else experiencing this? Know a better workaround?

I am contacting ONE support.
 
I'm getting the same issues. I have moved to TWS stable, without success. I cant get live data in ONE, which freezes. If I reopen and (sometimes) get live prices the open interest in zero, If I am lucky enough to see open interest the spread prices are all 1.00
everything is highly unstable.
However ONE is working just fine getting market data from my Tradier Account!
IBKR say nothing has changed in the API and its not their problem.
ONE are trying to support but no solution yet.
I may have to move my trading to Tradier if this continues!
 
Thanks for the feedback. The issue persists for me, ONE support has requested logfiles and suggested to reduce the number of instruments subscribed in ONE. No effect so far. Let's see what today brings. Not sure your issue is exactly like mine, as downgrading didn't fix it for you. I'll be back when I know more.
 
Update: Raising the issue with IB. I see error messages in the TWS application log. ONE support is still investigating, but recommends "TWS stable" in any case. Well, who uses "stable" when there is "latest" (which is still short of "beta")...
 
I downgraded to TWS stable with no luck. going to try removing all TWS file in the registry and start again.
 
what version of ONE are you running?
I have been using Beta .67 when the issue arose. upgraded to .68 without fixing it.
ONE say I should need to downgrade to stable as their test site is working fine.
 
I had been running ONE 2.0.68 with TWS "latest 10.16" for many days/weeks before this happened. Since I downgraded to TWS stable, no problems.

ONE support said they are not testing with TWS other than "stable" (which I find strange, as "latest" will become "stable" sooner or later, and I wouldn't want to be caught off guard when that happens, but I'm not running their shop).
