My daughter recently started to trade options, and used the ONE affiliate link provided in the Member Discounts tab. As a new ONE subscriber, she was given the discounted price for the trial, but when she renewed, the subscription price charged was the non-discounted price. In response to queries to ONE support about her not receiving the renewal discount, she was told that the discount only applies to "paying affiliate customers".
Tom: is it your understanding that this restriction applies? My daughter has an Aeromir membership, but it is not a paid membership. At the time she purchased the discounted trial, ONE did not require her to provide proof of paid membership.
Looks like deceptive price offers to me.
