Hello,

I’m sorry if this is the wrong thread, but I contacted customer service and tried calling the number at the bottom of the website, but no response, it’s been an hour or more since I purchased the membership.

I paid for a service called night owl but I still haven’t gotten a response to access the material and alerts.

Can anyone here advise me on how to access the material and the training so I can get started as soon as possible?

Hi Mario,

I run the SWP/AWAKE services. I am sorry for the troubles this has caused I will contact Tom as well to see if he can help with the Night Owl service.
 
Hey thank you for your response!! I still can’t login and see the course or get access to anything it’s like I never paid.
