Rithmic Introduced Server Side Trade Copying

This is very exciting news from Rithmic. They added server side trade copying to R Trader Pro. No need for any other trade copier if you are just copying from accounts in one login.

You need to have the latest version of R Trader Pro installed. You can download it at

After you download and install the updated version, launch R Trader Pro and go to the File menu and select "Trade Copier"



On the Trade Copier dialog box, select the "Copy From" account. This is your leader account. Then add the "Copy To" accounts. Make sure you click on the Copy Status to make them Enabled:



I think that's it.

I had an error message that trade copying wasn't enable for my login but it let me setup the trade copying anyway. I sent APEX Trader Funding a support request and asked if there is something they need to do on their end to enable this. I LOOKS like it's setup but I'm concerned about that error message I had.

When I clicked on the link to open the trade copier, I have this dialog box:



I tested it and indeed it is not enabled in my APEX account. I'm hoping APEX will resolve this with Rithmic soon. This would be VERY helpful for copying trades in the same account.

Update

APEX Trader Funding answered my support request. They said they don't support server side trade copying. I asked them if it's something they will enable in the future...even if it's a fee.

I also wrote to Rithmic and asked if I can pay a fee to enable this. It would be SUPER helpful.

No word yet from Rithmic. I suspect this isn't going to be available to us...
