SPX sharp down spikes after the close ?

I was looking at the SPX chart yesterday and I saw a sharp spike down after the close on the intraday chart Than I look today and it was not just yesterday but as far back as last 6/18 Are the chart on TOS messed up ? I don't think that is real I looked at /ES and SPY I don't see any spikes so not sure what is going on with SPX Maybe it's getting some bad data

The 4 hr chart is also not working it's supposed to be for 180 days but only goes back to 6/18
Also RUT chart is not coming up at all but IWM works
 
Turned out it was something to do with a detached chart I tried it with the regular chart and it all worked so I just deleted that attached chart
It was just strange that it would not get data for RUT on that chart
