Suggestions for monitoring and alerting for a crashed Windows 10 process?

A DIY approach could be something like: (Assuming IFF "application crashes" is synonymous with "terminates")
Then, you could have a snip of code verify existence of your PID in the tasklist, and report to you if/when it goes missing on some interval.

I saw that application but their website is really old. http://www.jockersoft.com/english/appmonitor_index.php doesn't have a current SSL certificate so I'll have to keep looking. Thanks Gary!
