TD Ameritrade wants to close my acct

I'm using TOS to analyze complex positions, but it's true, I have never funded the acct. Now, after several good years, they let me know the acct will be closed in 30 days unless funded.

Anybody else had a similar experience?

All my trades are with IB and after the first frustrating months I finally got used to their TWS. Not looking forward to moving to TOS. I tried to paper trade in TOS and don't like at all the way the portfolio looks like.
 
Last time I heard you need to have a minimum of $2K funded in your account to keep TOS
I think the free trial was supposed to be for a short time so you should be lucky you got so many years out of it

I have quite the opposite view I guess I just could not go past the frustrating month
I find TOS quite easy to use and very intuitive. I guess once you get used the IB platform it may seem difficult to use a different platform
 
I opened both IB and TD in 2016 and didn't like any, but chose to continue with IB because commissions were lower (at the time, I don't know now).

Anyway I will need to fund it and start to use it for easy trades initially. Hopefully it will start to make sense to me.
