TOS freezes when using thinkback

Starting last night whenever I try to use thinkback the whole application freezes. It keeps displaying "loading data" or something like that, but no option chains are loaded and nothing works anymore. Cannot even shut it down. I need to use CTRL+ALT+DEL and then shut it down from the task manager. I have this happening on two computers. Everything else seems to work.

Another problem to be added on top of the fake T+0 line This is starting to be more like useless toy than a trading platform with all the broken functions
 
I sent TD a message about that along with the wrong p/l problem I mentioned in another post

For that they said to "At times the analyze feature will freeze or provide invalid values" and to do a reset but ofcourse that did not do anything since it's a random problem depending on what strike is activated
 
This thinkback freezing seems to be isolated to SPX
I tried SPY IWM and RUT and they all work but when I enter SPX it freezes
 
Now on one of my computers it's frozen on thinkback / SPX right from start and there is no way to do anything. I may need to re-install it.
 
I tried this: right at start I clicked on another symbol in my watchlist and thinkback came out of freeze. Then I chose SPX and thinkback worked fine. What makes it freeze is when you have SPX selected on any other tab and then you click on thinkback. All my tabs are linked so thinkback will stay on SPX and freeze. So if you manage to open TOS and use another symbol when you open thinkback, then later you can bring SPX too.
 
I have a guess as to what happened here.. there were some bugs in tos backtester that I reported last week where in SPX, if you backtest and change quantity or lock the price in the backtester once a trade is on, the prices were going blank on the ladder. They probably tried to fix that bug cause i don't see that happening anymore (which is a good thing) - and in the process have introduced this new bug where the platform is freezing. I still see that it's happening on my end. Hope they will fix this one soon.

And thanks for the tip Michael to change to a different symbol and back. That worked for me.
 
Something else I noticed but I am not sure if it was like that before or not

When I am in the thinkback and change the symbol from what I remember previously the symbol would link up with the trades shown on the bottom
Now when I add another symbol it's just adding it to the ones already there in other words it's not linked to the symbol so you see all the trades not just the symbol you entered last
Maybe they are not finished cleaning up the problem completely
