I have ToS, Rithmic, and CQG feeds running simultaneously, and all are generally in lock-step with each other. Might the slowness in ToS be a memory or local processing issue? You can check memory allocation from the Setup icon on the ToS login screen.

@status1, There is definitely a very structured approach to trading Futs via prop firms. Not long term trading for sure, the trailing acct liquidation levels will hurt longer term trades. It's more around quick scalping with stop loss and profit targets. That's how most approach the prop firms...
