Are you sure it works for RUT? They just replied to my complaint.

Starting this morning my TOS doesn't work for RUT. Option chains don't have the usual shading for ITM / OTM strikes. Analyze tab doesn't show any trade. However all works fine for SPX or other underlyings. Tried restarting / rebooting and no luck.

I wish all my trades would only need 3 adjustments over 3 months.

Limiting risk is actually a big plus. I'm totally OK with making small profits. After getting used to the adjustments my hope is to eventually open one every month while still keeping each for 3 months.

It's nice indeed the new sea of death is 30 wide instead of 50, but I keep thinking that strikes multiples of 25 have more open interest and volume. I wonder whether the real prices for the adjustments in the new setup can be similar to what backtest have shown. Is the reduction from 50 to 30...

Hi Igi, I just watched the last video from Nov 12. You mention that one reason (among others) you don't use SPX is because you need portfolio margin. I trade SPX butterflies in a cash account at Interactive Brokers.

Then why would one trade ES options instead of SPX options? Volume and option interest seems to be higher for SPX.

Simon, I’m not sure what problem you or Igi are talking about. My SPX option chains at IB are spaced in 5 increments.
